Anna Marias Poem – 2014

 

STAR LIGHT

Stars shoot by the moon

all shining and shimmering

listen to the cracking of the stars

and the shining shimmering of moon

brighter than the sun or a light night.

Take away the light of day in a black sack

little stars escape through the holes

they make in the black sack

the night has on its back.

Star light star bright

First star I see tonight

Star light star might

make my wish come true tonight.
